Considered one of the finest traditional Italian restaurants in Brazil, Província di Salerno was founded in the city of Belo Horizonte in 1983 by the lawyer Remo Peluso who decided to trade the courtrooms for the Italian cuisine.

The pasta is handicrafted within the restaurant facilities using traditional manufacturing methods and our specialty lies in assorted Mediterranean seasonings for the typical southern Italy sauces.  Chef Remo and his Província di Salerno are internationally awarded names and provide an excellent choice from a business lunch to a romantic candlelight dinner.
